Kelly Oysters Farm

In early October we were thrilled to welcome Executive Chef of Dromoland Castle Hotel & Country Club, David McCann, to Kelly Oysters – as part of his two-day tour of local suppliers.

It was a huge pleasure to show David around the farm – to see our processes in action and taste our world-famous Native Oyster fresh from the shore.

In keeping with its premium reputation, Dromoland ensures that its menus feature only the best of Clare’s produce and ingredients, and Kelly, as always, is honoured to be on the roll call. We’re in great company too: other local producers visited by David included Cratloe Hills Sheep’s Cheese and Meere’s Butchers.
