Did you know that the Wild Native Oyster season is coming to a close at the end of April?
The Natives stay untouched in their oyster beds for the summer months (May until September) to let nature take its course.
This is to ensure that reproduction takes place and we will have a new stock of wonderful native oysters for the years ahead.
